When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.

Our products are food-grade functional supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medication, talk to your doctor before using our products. The same goes if you're sensitive to caffeine.
Keep our products out of reach of children. They're built for adults.
Results vary. We believe in what we've built, but we're not going to promise you a specific outcome. What we can promise is a clean, honest product made with real ingredients.
8. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — the copy, the branding, the photography, the product names, the logo, all of it — belongs to Uncommon Elements unless otherwise noted.
You're welcome to share our content in ways that support the brand. You're not welcome to copy it, repurpose it for commercial use, or pass it off as your own. Don't make us have that conversation.

We may link to third-party sites from time to time — partners, resources, platforms we actually use. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or anything they do once you leave ours.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
